Just 15 minutes from the outskirts of Whangarei we are ideally placed to tour the gorgeous Northland region - one hour from the Bay of Islands, 45 minutes to the Shipwreck Coast or 30 minutes to the pretty Tutukaka Coast. We enjoy a balmy sub-tropical climate, a visit at any time of year is delightful.

Reservation Policy:
Bookings will only be accepted if they have a valid
credit card number, cardholders name and expiry date at the time of
reservation
Cancellation Policy:
December/January: Bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 30% charge of the entire booking value, as quoted.
Rest of Year:
Bookings cancelled up
to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% charge of one nights stay.
For bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or less, or if a guest
fails to arrive a charge of one nights stay will be deducted.
All charges will be
debited against the credit card number as supplied at time the
reservation was first made
Child Policy:

property is generally not suited to children
Pet Policy:
Well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement, provided they are housed outside (kennel and run provided) and kept on a leash around livestock, private property and other guests. However they must NOT come inside at any time, breach of policy will incur cleaning fee of $250 due to health regulations. Resident cats present.

Strictly no smoking inside or within the immediate surroundings. Breach of policy will incur a cleaning fee of $250, billed to credit card supplied when booking
