Just 15 minutes from the outskirts of Whangarei we are ideally placed to tour the gorgeous Northland region - one hour from the Bay of Islands, 45 minutes to the Shipwreck Coast or 30 minutes to the pretty Tutukaka Coast. We enjoy a balmy sub-tropical climate, a visit at any time of year is delightful.

Reception:

Credit Cards/Payment:

We accept Visa or MasterCard and NZ dollars. Payment by credit card will attract a 5% surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:

December/January: Cancellations with less than 7 days notice to arrival date will incur a 30% charge of the entire booking value, as quoted. Multiple night bookings cancelled with less than 24 hrs prior to arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to 2 nights tariff.

Rest of Year: Cancellations with less than 14 days notice to arrival date will incur a 50% charge of one nights stay. For cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival date or less, or if a guest fails to arrive, a charge of one nights stay will be deducted.

All charges will be debited against the credit card number as supplied at time the reservation was first made

Laundry Service:

Available to guests in the Riverview Room only. Same day service. Wash, dry & fold at $10 per load

Reservation Policy:
Bookings will only be accepted if they have a valid credit card number, cardholders name and expiry date at the time of reservation

Child Policy:

The property is generally not suited to children

Pet Policy:

Sorry no pets. Livestock and resident cats present.

Smoking:

Strictly no smoking inside or within the immediate surroundings. Breach of policy will incur a cleaning fee of $250, billed to credit card supplied when booking
